Movin'

So I'm trying this for the first time. Yes, it's Greg...blogging...weird. Here goes!

It was strange knowing that this was our last full day in College Station. I look around at our house and there are boxes all over the place. Furniture is in a pile. All of our belongings are typed out onto three sheets of paper. And my feet are itching to just drive already. We've been planning this for what seems like an eternity, and the move date is finally here. Not quite sure I'm ready to go, and yet I'm quite sure I'm ready to go. Another adventure, but at the same time, moving away from quite a few friends. I guess it's the fun of moving. And our dog...oh our dog. I sit there and think that I've been stressed packing. Buddy doesn't even know what's happening here! Oh is he in for a surprise...

We had a great last day here. How fitting for it to be our fourth anniversary. Massages at Grace Wellness Center. (I'm still sore as I write this b/c my shoulders were brutalized. And yet, oddly, the brutality left me feeling able to move them more.) Finishing up packing. A driving tour of campus. An amazing dinner at Madden's. And all the while spending it w/ Libby. Fun. Times. All in all, great last day. We're ready for the first step of a brand new adventure. We're going to miss everyone here deeply. (But, then again, that's what blogs are for!) :-)
