Provision

It has been so amazing to watch this house buying process move smoothly. We continue to receive one confirmation after another that this was the right choice, and we are so thankful for a painless process so far. After receiving a near perfect inspection, we received confirmation today that the seller has agreed to fix all but one small item for us. We also received a good appraisal back on the property. The lender said we are ahead of schedule and should be smooth sailing until the settlement on February 19th. Wahoo! It's just hard to believe that in this economy with all the red tape that homebuying has these days that we have had it easy. Now if only I could get up the motivation to start packing boxes..one. more. time. :-)
