Texas, Our Texas

Our trip back to Texas was better than we could have ever imagined. It was bittersweet to come back and at times I let out a few tears (ok I had a good cry at Sweet Eugene's before church on Sunday!) It was a time to come face to face with how much we love our families and friends there and how much we are truly loved in return. You know the saying, "Absence makes the heart grow fonder?" It definitely rings true. I keep telling myself that by the next time I come down to visit I'll have adjusted to the change. We shall see.

To those we didn't get to see while we were there, we hope to see you the next time! The plan is to maybe come back in May or June. Keep writing emails, updating your blogs and facebook pages, and calling. I love knowing what is going on in your life and how I can pray for each of you.
