We're joining the homeowner club!

In a whirlwind week, we settled on a townhouse we liked, made an offer, got it accepted, and secured financing. Phew! We are joining the ranks of the indebted in 6 short weeks. We are thrilled that we found a place that is in the perfect location and has the floor plan that we need. It is a 3b, 2.5 ba 2 story townhome on a golf course community exactly 1 mile from Greg's office at the university. It's 1464 sq. ft plus a screened in porch and no basement. No pics of the inside yet, but we should get some middle of next week. And we got a 5% interest rate just in the nick of time- woohoo! By March they are saying that 5% interest rates will seem like a distant memory. Kind of crazy (ok really crazy) to be moving again so soon, but the Lord's timing is perfect in bringing us this home and we are very thankful for it!!
