In addition to a Braxton Hicks contraction this week, I had another first very early this morning. I woke up at 5am to go to the bathroom (that's definitely not a new thing) and when I went back to lay down I had intense hunger pangs. I rolled over and thought "there's no way I'm getting up at 5am to eat breakfast on a Saturday!!" But I only lasted about a minute before my stomach led me downstairs to get a bowl of Raisin Bran. Its a good thing we had that in the kitchen, because come heck or high water, that was the only food I wanted at the moment and I needed it asap. Haha. It held me over til we had to leave the house at 8, and I was super hungry again. Guess I am getting trained that when she is hungry, I need to feed her! Just hope this doesn't happen every night til birth in addition to the 1-2 bathroom runs each night.
Right now I've got worship music on the laptop, and I am laying down while she kicks up a storm. These days are rich blessings to me! I can't wait to meet her! :-)
Name reveal coming soon! We've leaked to a few people, so in the coming week I'll get it up here on the blog. It makes such a difference to me to be able to talk to her with her name.
