Her name :-)

After much prayer and discussion and re-discussion, and EXCITEment, it is our joy to share that our daughter's name is.....

Emily Katherine Paul

We love calling her Emily and Em and Emi as we talk to her now, and it is great to be able to call her by name. Emily means "to be industrious, excel, or emulate". The name Katherine means "pure". We pray that Emily will strive to emulate her Maker as she comes to know Him and that she will excel as she learns new things (though humility is also a virtue that is a blessing we all experience as well!). We also pray even now that she will have a strong desire to live a life of purity and that as she grows up, she will look to Jesus for her self worth and identity.
